Meeting during the full and new moon offers a powerful remedy to the isolation many women feel, especially during our menstrual cycles.
Have you ever felt a deep longing to sit in a circle with sisters during your cycle, just like we would have in a red tent?
During the premenstrual phase, the wild woman phase, we often suppress true feelings due to societal conditioning or being too busy. Without a healthy outlet, these emotions manifest as irritation, frustration, and period problems. It becomes much more powerful and safe when we can release these deep, raw emotions together in a held space. Regardless of where we are in our cycle when we meet, we can release these energies under the full moon's power, allowing our wild woman phase to find expression. You will also learn ways to do this yourself, even when you don’t have a place to be loud, helping you feel in harmony during the different phases of your cycle.
The new moon is a potent time to unite and share intentions for the upcoming cycle. In this sacred space, we not only set intentions but also receive insights that guide us, learning from our souls what the energy of the next cycle holds. This helps us set soul-guided intentions for a more aligned and purposeful journey.

The sessions are 2 hours long, every 2 weeks, with integration sessions sent to you on alternate weeks. Additional personal reflection and practice time are encouraged but flexible based on your schedule.
