From perfectionist to fully embracing being human!

Technical Issues!

My first reel back and my first email to my community both had technical issues—neither turned out quite as I’d intended.

In the past, something like this could have caused me stress, but it got me reflecting on a much deeper lesson.

The perfectionist part of me used to believe that as a healer, coach, and facilitator, I had to have everything together. I thought I needed to be the perfect teacher, the perfect person, always ‘on,’ always in the light—holding space, guiding, and being there for everyone around me.

But here’s what I’ve learnt: Real life doesn’t work that way, and neither does true leadership.

That mindset not only keeps us from embracing the beauty in life’s messiness—it can also lead to burnout. Constantly striving for perfection is exhausting and unsustainable.

Motherhood was my biggest wake-up call—a raw and beautiful reminder that real life is about embracing everything. Not just the peace and connection to spirit, but also the mix of emotions and the humility of not having it all figured out.

For over a decade, I’ve been on a journey back to myself—learning to embrace all parts of me, both the shadows and the light.

I want to share the real, honest, human moments—not just the polished social media fronts, which I believe is causing so much disconnection in society today.

Because it’s in our WILD selves that we find our magic.

That’s what I’m most excited to share with you in my upcoming posts and offerings—

how to be wildly authentic, intuitive, and embodied leaders to create the change that’s needed on the planet.

Sisters, I invite you to dance this wild path together with me!

Does any of this resonate with you? How has this shown up in your own journey?
