How Bali Inspired a New Mission—And How It Can Help You

I wanted to share a deeply personal experience that has shaped my mission and purpose in ways I never expected—and how it might inspire and support you, too.

In 2023-2024, we travelled as a family and spent almost a year in Bali. It was an incredible time, full of both magic and challenges that stretched me in ways I hadn’t experienced before.

While Bali’s healing energy is still powerful, my heart broke seeing it overwhelmed by pollution, tourists, and rapid construction. Rubbish is clogging the rivers, causing massive trash fires and going into the sea 😢 They burn plastic and trying to protect my daughter amidst all the pollution amplified my feelings around this.

I have held a vision of a new earth for more that 12 years now which has driven me daily... and clean air, water and food is always highest on my list.

We made conscious efforts to contribute positively by paying for recycling and making sustainable choices, but the energy wasn’t aligned for us anymore. So, we listened to the call of our souls and relocated to a new home in the UK, where we are blessed to live near family, fresh sea air, and a vibrant community focused on sustainability, health, and conscious living.

Seeing Bali in its current state could have left me feeling helpless and hopeless. But instead, it sparked an even stronger fire within me—a deeper clarity about my mission:

to empower those leading change for our beautiful planet Earth, to become embodied soul leaders and create a more powerful impact, from a place of balance and alignment.

I may not be able to solve all the global issues I deeply care about, but what I can do is support the leaders who are making an impact so that TOGETHER, we can shape a brighter, healthier future for everyone.

What this experience has taught me is that, as change-makers and leaders, we often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the vastness of the problems around us, especially when the issues feel so personal. Have you felt this?

Some tips for you:

1. Self-Leadership and Balance: As leaders, healers, or change-makers, we must also look after ourselves, our energy and body. This means taking care of our health, finding environments that support us, and listening to our soul’s guidance.

Tip: What small steps can you take today to restore balance in your life and mission?

2. Embodiment of Change: I believe we cannot effectively change the world if we aren’t embodying the values and energy we wish to see. This is the key to effective leadership and lasting change. Whether it’s sustainability, balance, or peace, it must start from within us.

Tip: Reflect on how you can embody the change you want to see. Is there an area in your life where alignment is needed?

3. A Call to Take Aligned Action: My experience has strengthened my mission: to support leaders who are making an impact on this planet. I want to help you lead from a place of health, passion, and balance to avoid burnout, overwhelm, or feeling like you must do it all alone.

Tip: What is one action you can take today to lead from a place of deeper alignment, health, or intuitive action?

To support you on this journey, I have a free guided meditation available on my homepage that will help you come into clarity, grounding, and alignment—with a boost of energy. Take a moment for yourself and allow this meditation to bring you back into balance.

We are in this together, and I’m so grateful to be walking this path alongside you.

With love and gratitude,
