I know what this is like because one of my biggest wounds in this lifetime has been around my throat—sharing my voice, my needs, being heard, being seen. (It’s literally my Chiron, Gemini—the wounded healer in astrology, whose greatest challenge is speaking.)

One of my greatest gifts is my ability to listen with 100% presence, which is natural for me as a healer. But through layers of healing, I had to learn to take up space, to speak my truth, even when it’s different from mainstream society. To live & express my truth, authentically, unapologetically.
