This is a potent day to release what no longer serves you. So, I invite you — is it time to shake things up? To disrupt the old, break free from limits, and create a powerful new way of being?

Under this Full Moon Eclipse, I invite you to write down what you’re DONE WITH. Write down the beliefs, limitations, and smallness.

Ask yourself: What am I still holding on to that’s holding me back? HOW can I let this sh*t GO?

Ask your spirit, your higher self, your intuition — Please show me what I need so I can be the person I truly am and live the life that lights me up.

Write those down! What lights you up? What do you want to create? How do you want to live your life? Dig deep, open, and listen.
